Sonia is Managing Director of The Coherence Group, Australia and the sole distributor of Change Leader 360 globally.  She leads an outstanding team of leadership, culture and team dynamics specialists that reignite teams and hardwire a better and more aligned way of doing things deep into the core of the organisation.
